1. Digital Products

All products sold by thetradingkey are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase approval. Because of the nature of digital products, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded the product materials. Once product files have been accessed, we cannot offer a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email thetradingkeysupport@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3-5 business days.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, failure to use the product, or trading losses. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that abuse this policy.

5. Payment Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
